Koball I.T. can supply different levels of support based on your budget and the level of service that you need - from a Basic Service Level Agreement covering just your servers to a full Gold Level Agreement covering your IT Infrastructure.
GOLD SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Gold Service Level Agreements include the following:
- 24 hour Critical Service Monitoring from our Monitoring System
This means we will know about any major problems when they occur
- 24 hour a day, 7 day a week support
- 1 hour onsite response from time call is logged
- Weekly checkups onsite by a technician
- Quarterly Major Service
- All service fees included in contract

SILVER SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
Silver Service Level Agreements include the following:
- 6 day per week support
- 24 hour Service Monitoring
- 4 hour on-site response from time call is logged
- Monthly checkups by a technician
- 6 monthly Major Service
- Reduced service call rate
